Our Policy on "One-On-One Cancellations" (Physical and Neuromuscular Therapy and Rehabilitation Sessions)

One-On-One

Our PT, NMT and Rehab Room sessions are scheduled for you and you alone. It's not like other clinics where you may be treated by students, or multiple personal. When you miss or cancel without adequate notice, we incur significant losses.

our staff is completely at your service in finding the best times in your schedule for booking your regular appointments.

Our Cancellation Policy
our clients have busy lives, so our cancellation and rescheduling protocol is designed to give you maximum flexibility. First, we ask that all appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card.

Second, your card is not billed unless your vacated appointment goes unfilled. We do our best to fill these openings, just like you, we'd much prefer to have another patient take your place than charge for a cancellation.

Third, you are responsible for just $45 per half hour of services reserved regardless of the reason for canceling. We simply charge the same low cancellation fee whether it's a spontaneous weekend away or the flu. We appreciate your understanding.

Fourth, this program is designed to provide partial compensation for our top-notch therapists who do rely on a busy schedule for their rewarding careers. This policy helps us retain such great people like Paul Wilson and Patti Simms.
