Please read this letter carefully, as it contains some very important dates and announcements!

Dear Patient and friend,

All I can say is WOW! and Thank You for an overwhelming response to our 25 th anniversary letter. I am especially gratified by all the family members you have referred to us this past month. You really have given me cause to pause and reflect on how any lives we continue to touch everyday. You really are my extended family, and for that I am very appreciative.

I do want to let everybody know that the office WILL BE CLOSED THE WEEK OF JULY 3rd . We have never done this before, but feel it is the right thing to do this year. We want to give everyone plenty of notice to see us prior to this week, and will make special efforts to accommodate each of your needs. If you really get in a jamb, come over to Nantucket , and I will see you in Dr.Ranney's office during this week. (Don't laugh, it's been done-the plane ride is only 15 minutes, and it's a tax deductible Drs Visit!)

Also, Kathy Bartone PT, and Paul Wilson PTA have joined to help Patti Simms PT, in the Physical Therapy Department. Maura Ryan is an intern from UMASS, and she will be with PT this summer as well.

Aly just graduated from Hanover High and will be off to college this August. I already miss her!

Also, on Monday July 17 th , we will hold our 5 th Annual USO Day , a benefit for our men and women in uniform around the globe. We have been able to donate hundreds of dollars in the past to GI Calling Cards and related needs thanks to your efforts. More about that next month. I hope you plan now to join us on that day especially.

Don't forget Paul Wilson's "Rub Out Cancer" on the Nantasket waterfront, Sunday, July 30 th . We will be there too. I am so proud of what Paul and Lynn Wilson have been able to accomplish with this great annual event. All the proceeds go to Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

I have also been asked to lecture extensively this summer. That Schedule is up at perfectpatientweb.com , Perfect Patient Web being the education and seminar arm of our practice. I hope to see new and old faces as well, at Paula's Basic Fitness in Rockland as well as Szabo Fitness and Acupuncture in Nantasket . And will broadcast these live by teleconference for those who can not make the actual workshops.

In between all this, I am teaching other Doctors how to run great practices, fishing and boating every weekend and riding motorcycles.
